Core Intensive

Have you tried talk therapy, meeting once a week for months or even years, with little or no improvement? Are you looking for a way to accelerate your healing, your inner resolve and your self-reliance?

The Core Intensive experience is a one-on-one program with a commitment of 2 hours a day for 2 weeks. During that time, we will focus on the core issues that sabotage you, release blocks to your progress, and create daily practices that will allow you to continue to grow and stay on track.

Each program is unique, responding to each individual’s unique concerns. The alternative techniques utilized may include everything listed on the Healing Practice page, along with:

• Somatic Release
• Movement
• Anger Release
• Meditation
• Pranayama (Breathing practices)

The Core Intensive is beneficial for individuals dealing with:

• Depression
• Post Traumatic Stress
• Anxiety
• Food Addictions

It is also beneficial for those who wish to create or deepen a spiritual practice.

Prior to beginning the Core Intensive, individuals must complete a detailed intake and personal history with Randi either over the phone or in-person. Following up to the Core Intensive includes weekly 1-hour sessions (minimum) with Randi for a month.

Core Intensive Cost (5 days a week): $2,000.00
Weekly visits: $90.00/hour

This is not a residential program.
